Carl Hayashi, Ph.D. is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of the Hayashi Consulting Group (HCG), purposed to empower customer success through partnership, trust, and a shared passion for excellence. As a trusted partner with its customers, HCG’s mission is to provide best-of-breed staff augmentation and support in the areas of Information Technology (IT) and Digital Transformation; Operations and Program/Project Management; Research, Evaluation, and Analysis; and Training and Technical Assistance.
